You must present a valid driver's license (held for at least 2 years), an ID (national card or passport), and a credit card in the name of the main driver.

What is the minimum age to rent a vehicle?

The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years. For certain premium vehicle categories, the minimum age may be 25 years.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the pickup date. After this deadline, fees may apply.

Is insurance included in the price?

Yes, basic insurance is included in all our rates. You can also subscribe to additional protection options for more extensive coverage.

Can I return the vehicle in another city?

Yes, we offer return options in several cities in Morocco. Additional fees may apply depending on the destination.

How does the security deposit work?

A security deposit is held on your credit card at pickup. It is refunded within 7 business days following the return of the vehicle in good condition.
